This is a really quick easy one, for cute results!

Supplies needed

I used PSPX2 but any version should work.

Scrapkit by Mary Fran at Nitwit Collections called At The Park and the Alphawit.

You can find this mask all over the web.

Font of choice or use the alphawit that you can purchase with the kit.

Lets Go

When I put paste as new layer use my tag for positioning.

New canvas 800 x 600

Flood fill white.

Open paper bg_Clouds/resize by 20%/new raster layer and flood fill.

Layers/new mask layer/from image

Choose your mask from drop down menu/source luminance clicked/ok

Delete mask layer/merge group.

Open the border_grass/resize by 20%/edit/copy/paste as new layer.

Duplicate/image/mirror

Drag below the first border grass

Repeat.

Open up tree/girl on swing/sun/clouds/boy etc

Resize/past as new layers

We want it to look like this:-

Hide the white background/sun/boy/girl/kite

Merge together the sky/fields/tree

Unhide the rest and you should have a nice little tag

Add your name.

Add dropshadows

2,2,50,5

Add your copyright.

Merge all visible

Resize all layers so your tag is not too big.

Save and your done.
