What you do with your finished tag is up to you, you may offer for tags etc - but no money gain.

Supplies Needed:-
Paint Shop Pro, any version should work, I used 9.
Scrapkit by Nitwit Collections called Nevernot, the bits and alpha wit.
Frames
Tube of choice I used the gorjuss work by Suzanne Woolcott
Lets go!
When using scrap kits please remember to sharpen when you resize.
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Open the solid background template provided.
Edit/copy/paste onto your working canvas.
Open 2 papers of choice, resize by 20% (if they are of original size)
Open 2 new raster layers and flood fill with these papers.
On your template layer:-
Selections/select all/float/defloat/invert.
On the 2 paper layers hit delete.
Select none.
Delete the blank template.
On each of the paper templates apply the following inner bevel.
Bevel 2
Width 5
Smoothness 31
Depth 5
Anbience 0
Shininess 8
Color White
Angle 315
Intensity 38
Elevation 42
Move the paper layers into place with your mover tool, see my tag for placement.
Open the frame provided.
Edit/copy/past as new layer.
Open paper of choice, resize by 20% (if they are of original size)
New raster layer and flood fill with this paper.
On your frame layer:-
Selections/select all/float/defloat/invert.
On the paper layer hit delete.
Select none.
Delete the blank frame.
Open another paper of choice for inside the frame, resize
New raster layer below frame layer/flood fill with paper.
On frame layer, using magic wand click inside the frame.
Selections/modify/expand 3/invert.
Hit delete on paper layer.
Select none.
Apply the same inner bevel on the frame layer.
Add tube.
Now open any other elements/word art you wish to place on your tag, you can use my tag for placement, if you so wish.
Add your name
I added each letter on a separate layer and used the pick tool to get them into place.
Add drop shadows.
Resize all layers by 85%
Add copyright.
Merge all visible.
Your done.
