My tutorials are written in the way for those who have working knowledge of psp.
Supplies Needed
I used PSPX2 but should work in other versions.
Animation Shop
Scrapkit by Scrappin Divaz - Santa and Co

Font of choice - I used the Sergoe Print
Tube of Choice, I used Gorjuss by Suzanne Woolcott
Lets Go!
When resizing always use smartsize!
As a general rule if your kit hasn't been resized, I resize by 20% and then work from that.
Open new canvas 600 x 600
Use my tag for reference for placement.
Open paper 7/resize/new raster layer/flood fill with this paper.
Open paper 9/resize/new raster layer/flood fill with this paper.
Open the window/resize/edit/copy/paste as new layer.
Open paper 3/resize.
Grab your preset shape tool rectangle, width set at 30, foreground pattern null/background pattern the paper 3 you just resized.
Now draw out a rectangle shape across your window.
Convert to raster layer.
Drag this layer below your window and erase any that is showing inside your window.
Click on the green paper layer/grab your selection tool and to the bottom of the tag, below the red rectangle select the paper with this tool then hit delete.
Select none.
Open the stocking and bows/resize/edit/copy/paste/place these to the bottom of your window frame, my tag name has 5 letters so I used 5 stockings.
Open the word art/santa/presents
Resize/edit/copy/paste as new layers.
Open the tree/resize/paste as new layer,drag your tree down so the trunk is below the red rectangle layer and santa layer.
Add dropshadow
V&H5
Opacity 50, blur 5, colour black.
Edit/copy/paste as new image.
Now add the bells to the tree.
Add dropshadow as above.
Merge all layers visible and just leave to one side for the moment.
Open paper 4/resize.
New raster layer below window layer/flood fill with this paper.
On the window layer using your magic wand click on the outside of the window.
Selections/modify/expand 3
On paper layer hit delete.
Select none.
Add tube below window frame.
Add dropshadows to your elements etc as above, apart from the tube, reduce the V&H to 2.
Image/add borders/15 click symmetric, use a colour that is not in your tag, i used bright yellow.
ok
Grab your magic wand and click inside the border.
Open paper 4/resize/flood fill your selection with this paper.
Add inner bevel
Add drop shadow as above.
Select none.
Resize all layers by 80%
Edit/copy
New Canvas 600 x 600, flood fill white.
Paste your tag onto your clean canvas.
Open Ruldolf/resize/paste as new layer.
Edit/copy/paste your tree onto your new canvas, be very care and place this as the top layer and make sure it fits perfectly above your other tree.
Now grab your eraser tool and erase bits from the tree so it looks like mine.
Open the sparkles/resize/paste as new layer.
Erase any bits that you dont want to show.
Crop away any excess tag.
Resize so your tag is not too big.
Add your name to the stocking.
Add copyright.
Merge all visible.
Edit/copy
Open up AS
Paste as new animation.
Back in PSP click undo and just randomly erase bits of the sparkles.
Merge all visible.
Edit/copy
Over in AS shop paste after current frame.
Back in PSP repeat the above until you have 4 frames.
View your animation and when your happy save as GIF
Your done.
