Gingermas



 

 

This tutorial was written by Pints on 8th November 2008 any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidenta.  Please do not take this tutorial as use it as your own, but you may print for own personal use and link to my site.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX2 but should work in other versions.

Animation Shop

Scrapkit by Me and Marcia - its Free!

Font of choice, I used the alpha with the kit

Gorjuss tubes by Suzanne Woolcott

HERE

Remember not to mix tubes you bought from AMI and the new Gorjuss Shop.

Unless your licence has been exchanged.

Lets Go!

Open new canvas, 600 x 600 flood fill white.

Open frame of choice.

Copy and paste onto your working canvas as new layer.

Open paper of choice.

New raster layer/flood fill

Open the clouds, you will need to resize these.

Grab your selection tool set at rectangle.

Draw a rectangle around one of the clouds.

Edit/copy

Select none.

Then paste onto your working canvas.

Then repeat the above for the 2nd cloud.

You can use my tag for placement of the following if you wish.

Open the gingerhouse.

Copy/paste onto your working canvas as new layer.

Add your tube.

Add the flowers.

Add the gingerbread men.

With your mover tool move one of the gingerbread men up so when we animate them one appears to be jumping up and the other jumping down.

Add the trees.

Add your name.

Add dropshadows.

Resize all layers by 85%

Add copyright/watermark.

Merge all visible.

Edit/copy

Open Animation shop.

Edit/paste as new animation.

Go back to PSP and click un do button.

Click on one of the gingerbread men and move him down a little, with the other one move him up a little.

Merge all visible.

Edit/copy

In animation shop paste after current animation.

Now repeat the above twice, you should end up with 4 frames in animation shop.

In AS click on edit/select all.

Animation/animation frames and change to 30

View your animation.

Your done.
