Supplies Needed:-
Paint Shop Pro, any version should work, I used X2.
Scrapkit by Nitwit Collections called In The Meadow, the Alpha and Solid papers.
Tube of choice I used the gorjuss work by Suzanne Woolcott
Font , I used alpha from kit but the choice is yours.

Lets go!
When using scrap kits please remember to sharpen when you resize.
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Open the lightest of the solid blue papers.
Resize by 20%
New Layer/flood fill with this paper.
Layers/new mask layer/from image/choose your mask from the drop down menu.
Source luminance clicked/ok
Delete mask layer.
Merge group.
Open paper bg_homespunblue_maryfran from the main kit
Resize by 20%
Using your preset shape eclipse draw out a circle, using the paper for the background/foreground null.
Width set at 30.
Convert to raster layer.
Place this in the middle of your canvas.
Repeat again this time changing the background paper to one of the yellow solids and the width to 40.
Place this below the blue frame layer.
Add inner bevel to these two layers:
Bevel 2
Width 5
Smoothness 31
Depth 5
Ambience 0
Shininess 8
Color White
Angle 315
Intensity 38
Elevation 42
Merge these two layers.
Open paper bg_heartbkblue_maryfran/resize by 20%
New raster layer above mask layer/flood fill with this paper.
On your frame layer using your magic click click on the outside.
Selections/modify/expand 5
On the heartbkblue paper layer hit delete.
Select none.
Add tube.
Open all other elements from the kit, ie, tree/clouds/sheep/flowers/insects.
Resize and paste as new layers.
Open the letters from the wordart that spell out friendsheep.
Paste as new layers and add same inner bevel as we did before.
Add dropshadows
V&H2
Opacity 50/blur 5 colour black.
Add your name with font of choice.
Add copyright.
Merge all layers visible.
Save as png or jpeg file.
