Supplies Needed:-

Paint Shop Pro, any version should work, I used 9.

Scrapkit by Traci Reed Designs called Wish On A Rainbow

Tubes of choice I used the gorjuss work by Suzanne Woolcott

Font of choice, I used 2 Peas Drama Queen

A fat font will look best.

Becky mask 23

Lets go!

Remember save often!!!

When using scrap kits please remember to sharpen when you resize.

Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.

Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.

Open paper treed-wishonarainbowpapers-solid blue

Resize by 20%

New raster layer/flood fill with this paper

Layers/new mask layer/from image

Choose becky mask 23 from drop down menu

Source luminance click/ok

Delete mask layer

Merge group.

Open the rainbow.

Resize/copy/paste as new layer.

Open Treed-wishonarainbow-frame plain.

Resize

Edit/copy/paste as new layer.

Using your deform tool, rotate a little, see my tag for placement.

Open Treed-wishonarainbow-paper floral

Resize by 20%

New raster layer/flood fill with this paper.

On you frame layer using your magic wand set at ADD click inside each of the frames

Selections/modify/expand 4/invert

Back on paper layer hit delete.

Select none.

Add your tubes.

Open Treed-Wishonarainbow-stichingreen.

Resize/copy/paste as new layer.

Using your deform tool slightly rotate and drag onto your frame, see my tag for placement.

When your happy duplicate and move down.

Duplicate again and use your deform tool so the stitching is vertical on the frame.

Duplicate 3 times and move across.

Using your eraser, erase any that is overhanging.

Have you been saving?

Using my tag for reference open up the other elements, ie, flowers/tubs/kite/doodles, I used the ribbons for the flower stems.

When your happy add drop shadows

Its easier to do them all at the end

Add your first drop shadow then click on next element

Then edit/repeat drop shadow.

Blur 4

Colour black.

Add you name, I used vector size 72

Foreground colour #d76355

Background - striped paper.

Add inner bevel
