What you do with your finished tag is up to you, you may offer for tags etc - but no money gain.

Supplies Needed:-
Paint Shop Pro, any version should work, I used 9.
Paid scrap kit by Tantrum - Country Harvest.
Tube of choice I used the Gorjuss work by Suzanne Woolcott
Font of choice
I used Unnamed Melody & Segoe Script
Lets go!
When using scrap kits please remember to sharpen when you resize.
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.
Save often!!!!
Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Open the scallop frame 5
Resize
Copy/paste as new layer.
Open paper 5
New raster layer/flood fill with paper.
On frame layer, using magic wand click inside the frame.
Selections/modify/expand 3/invert.
On paper layer hit delete.
Select none.
Open frame 3
Resize
Copy/paste as new layer/move to bottom of your frame (see my tag for placement)
Open paper 7
New raster layer/flood fill.
On your frame layer using magic wand set at add
Click inside each of the frames.
Selections/modify/expand 3/invert
On paper layer hit delete.
On your circle frame and paper grab your eraser tool and erase any of the frame and paper that is showing into the rectangular frame.
Using my tag for reference open/copy/paste the rest of the elements, word art.
I added the word art into.
Add drop shadows
V&H2
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Colour black.
Add tubes.
Add your name.
Resize all layers by 85%
Add copyright.
Animation.
First copy your name layer
Over in animation shop paste as new animation.
Back in psp now delete your name layer, you should have 2 leaves just on the letter L in the word art FALL.
Merge all visible.
Copy
Over in AS paste as new animation.
Back in psp click undo.
Now with your mover tool move one of your leaves down a little.
Merge all visible.
Copy
Paste in as shop after current frame.
Back in psp undo again.
Keep repeating the above step until your leaf reaches the bottom.
Then bring your second leaf down, make it so it goes a little different from the first leaf but ends up in the same place.
In AS duplicate your name so you have the same number of frames as your tag.
Edit/Select all.
On your tag edit/select all.
Now drag your name over to your tag into position.
Edit/select all
Animation/frame properties/30
Then click on the first frame and change the frame properties to 100
Do the same for the last frame.
View animation.
When your happy save as gif
Your done!
