This is a nice summer one!!
My first tutorial in ages.
This tutorial was written by myself, Michelle AKA Pints, please direct people to my website, you may link to the main page or this steals my bandwith, please do not copy into emails etc....but you may print for your own personal use.

Supplies needed
I used PSPX2 but any version should work.
Scrapkit by Kristin-Cronin Brown and Traci Reed called Lil Bug can be purchased at Sweet Shoppe Designs
Mask by Becky no 23, these are available all over the web.

Lets Go
When I put paste as new layer use my tag for positioning.
New canvas 800 x 600
Flood fill white.
Open paper 5/resize by 20%/new raster layer and flood fill.
Layers/new mask layer/from image
Choose your mask from drop down menu/source luminance clicked/ok
Delete mask layer/merge group.
Resize mask layer by 80%.
Open the 4 scalloped frames/resize by 20% and paste as new layers.
(your may want to resize a little more)
Position three of the frames into place with the green one, grab your magic wand and click inside the frame.
Then selections/modify/expand by 20/hit delete.
Select none.
Duplicate so you have 3 copies of this and carefully with your mover tool place one over each of the other 3 frames.
Merge down so you have 1 green and 1 blue.
1 green and 1 orange.
1 green and 1 red.
Got it so far?
Remember to save!!
Open paper 5/resize by 20%
3 New raster layers below the frames layers and flood fill each one with this paper.
On the blue frame layer using your magic wand click on the outside of the frame.
Selections/modify/expand 3
On one of the paper layers hit delete.
Select none.
Now repeat this step for the other 2 frames.
Open the grass
Resize by 20%/copy paste as new layers 3 times.
Place under your frame layer and with your eraser, erase any bits that are overhanging your frames.
Using my tag for reference open all the other elements/resize and place on your tag.
Add your tubes.
Add your name.
On the frame layers and other elements that are above the frames add drop shadows
V&H2
Opacity 50
Blur 5
I didnt add drop shadows to any elements inside the frames.
Add your copyright.
Merge all visible
Resize all layers so your tag is not too big.
Save and your done.
