This Tutorial was written by Pints on the 6th September 2008, any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely a coincidence.

What you do with your finished tag is up to you, you may offer for tags etc - but no money gain.

Supplies Needed:-
Paint Shop Pro, any version should work, I used 9.
Paid scrap kit by Nitwit Collections - Can I be Frank, lil bits, alphawit
Tube of choice I used the Gorjuss work by Suzanne Woolcott
Mask of choice I used Becky mask 9
Lets Go!
When using scrap kits please remember to sharpen when you resize.
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.
Save often!!!!
Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Open bg_purple dots_maryfran
Resize
New Layer/flood fill with paper
Layers/new mask layer/from image
Choose your mask from drop down menu
Source luminance clicked.
Ok
Delete mask layer
Merge group.
Duplicate mask
Image/mirror
Duplicate each mask to give darker effect.
Open 2 of the ricracs from the lil bits.
Resize
Copy paste as new layers.
Arrange to make frame (see my tag)
Merge the frame layers.
Open bg_web_maryfran paper.
New raster layer
Flood fill with this paper.
Using magic wand click inside the frame layer.
Selections/modify/expand3/invert
Click on paper layer, hit delete.
Select none.
Grab you preset eclipse tool
Choose a paper for your foreground/background null.
Width set at 30
Draw out a circle, place to the bottom corner of tag.
Convert to raster layer.
Repeat the above step twice, using different papers.
Add inner bevels to these layers.
Bevel 2
Width 5
Smoothness 31
Depth 5
Anbience 0
Shininess 8
Color White
Angle 315
Intensity 38
Elevation 42
Merge these circle frame layers.
Drag this layer below your ricrac frame layer.
Grab your eraser tool and erase any that is overhanging frame.
Choose a paper for inside the circle frame layer.
Using your paint brush add new raster layer and paint inside the frame.
Add tube.
Add drop shadow to tube.
Duplicate tube.
Drag down so you have one tube below the frame and one above.
On the tube layer that is above use your eraser tool to erase any part you don’t want seen.
Open the border_squares_maryfran.
Resize
Paste as new layer.
Place this to the other side of the circle frame.
Using eraser erase any that is overhanging.
Again choose another paper.
New raster layer.
Using paint brush again paint the bit inbetween the square border/circle frame/ric rac, see my tag for placement.
Now add any other elements/word art that you wish see my tag for placement.
For the witch
I opened the witch/resized then grabbed my eraser tool and took out her body leaving just head.
I used the same procedure for the springy bat.
Add drop shadows.
Add name.
Resize all layers by 85%
Add copyright.
Merge all visible.
Save as png or jpeg.
Your done.
