On paper layer hit delete. Select none. Delete layer 1. Selections/select none. Repeat these steps for layers, 2, 3 & 4. On layers 3 & 4 I wanted a thin border
Open paper of choice, resize and floodfill a new layer
Using magic wand click the star Selections/modify/expand2/invert On paper layer hit delete. Selections none. Drag this layer below your star layer. Repeat this step for your tube layer. Add tube of choice.
