This tutorial was written by Pints any resemblence to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, completely my own work.
I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.
Outside filters needed:-
Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation.
Animation Shop

Lets Go!!
Open new 600 x 600 canvas and flood fill white.
Open KMILL_heart 1 - resize and paste as new layer add drop shadow to your liking.
Open KMILL_Border-Flowers 2 - resize and paste as new layer add drop shadow to your liking.
Open KMILL_Wordarttag-3 - resize and paste as new layer add drop shadow to your liking.
Add you Name as you wish and copyright.
Hide all layers except KMILL_heart 1
Using your magic wand click inside the scallop area until you have it all selected.
Duplicate this layer so you have 3 layers, hide the top 2 layers and on the bottom layer
Go:- effects:Plugins: xenofex: constellation
Use these settings or your own
Star size = 2.21
Star variation = 50
Edge Star Density = 4
Overall Star Density = 1
Overdrive = 100
Twinkle amount = 39
Click keep original image
OK
Hide this layer and on your next heart layer apply the same settings but click random seed once. Hit ok.
Repeat this for your 3rd heart layer.
Resize all layers by 80%
Hide 2 of the heart layers and with the remaining layers merge.
Copy this layer and paste over in Animation Shop as new animation.
Back in PSP undo hide that heart layer and move to next heart layer, merge, copy and paste in Animation Shop after current frame.
Repeat for third layer.
View your animation, if your happy save and your finished.
