I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.
Supplies needed:-
I used scrap kit from Nitwit collections called Noahs Arc, the bits & Alpha
I used the Gorjuss work from Suzanne Woolcott which can be found
Font Of choice the alpha wit which you can purchase along with the kit
Mask of choice I used Weescotlass Mask220
Go to the download section to find the masks.
Y
ou will need some rain animation, if you google you should find someLets Go!
When using scrap kits when you resize them you need to resize using smart size and then sharpen by going Adjust Sharpen or the elements get faded and don’t look as good. So when it says resize use this step.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white.
Open border waves_maryfran
Resize/edit/copy/paste as new layer.
Duplicate.
Image/free rotate/left 90 degrees
Duplicate.
Image mirror.
Make a 3 sided frame by using your mover tool to put into place.
Use my tag for reference.
Open the animals
Resize/edit/copy/paste as new layers.
Place these at the bottom of your frame.
Merge the animals.
Duplicate.
With your mover tool just move up slightly.
You should now have a frame.
Open bg_blue quilted_maryfran paper
Resize by 15%
Edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer above your white background layer.
Erase the paper that is overhanging the frame.
Open the 2 waves.
Resize
Edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layers
Using your mover tool move to bottom of tag.
Open the rainbow/clouds/sun/bird/arc/word art
Resize
Edit/copy
Paste as new layers.
Using my tag for placement.
Open bg_lilac quilted_maryfran
Open new raster layer above white background layer.
Fill this layer with the lilac quilt paper.
Layers/new mask layer/from image
Choose WSSmask220 from the drop down menu
Source luminance clicked/ok
Delete mask.
Merge group.
Add your name.
Add drop shadows.
Resize all layers by 80%
Add copyright.
If you don’t want to animate your tag, merge all layers visible and save as png.
For Animation.
Merge
White background/copyright/mask layer/sky/sun/clouds/arc/waves
Hide
Merge
Rainbow/frame/word art/name/bird
Now you have two layers.
Duplicate each layer so you have 3 of each.
Open the rain
Copy and paste each layer onto your two by two tag.
You have now 9 layers
Hide the 2 bottom layers of the background, rain, frame layers
Merge all visible.
Hide.
Repeat until you have 3 layers.
Copy the bottom layer.
Over in AS shop paste as new animation.
Back in psp
Copy the middle layer.
In As shop paste after current frame.
Repeat for last frame.
View your animation and when your happy save as gif.
Your done.
