This tutorial was written by Pints on March 14th 2008 any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, completely my own work. Please do not take this tutorial as use it as your own, but you may print for own personal use and link to my group.
I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.
Supplies needed:-
LLiella Scrap kit - Spring Bling Fling
Which can be found HERE
Sorry it’s a paid scrap kit so I cant supply.
I used the Gorjuss work from Suzanne Woolcott which can be found
Font of choice, I used the Alpha that came with the kit.
Mask of choice - I used Becky mask 19.
Lets go!
Open new 600 x 600 canvas and flood fill white.
Open the red circle scallop frame.
Resize/paste as new layer.
Open the green circle scallop frame.
Resize/paste as new layer above the red frame.
Resize the green frame by 95%.
Add drop shadows to each layer.
Merge visible layers.
Open tube of choice and paste as new layer below your frame layer.
Open paper of choice.
Resize/paste as new layer below the tube layer.
Using your magic wand on the frame layer click inside the frame.
Selections/modify/expand3/invert.
On your paper layer hit delete.
On your tube layer hit delete.
Select none.
Add anymore elements/word art that you wish.
Add your name.
New raster layer, flood fill with paper/pattern of choice.
Open your mask.
Layers/new mask layer
Source luminance clicked/ok
Delete mask layer.
Merge group.
Add drop shadows of choice to all your elements etc.
Once you have added the first drop shadow just click on edit/repeat drop shadow, I find this way a lot easier.
Resize all layers by 80%.
If you want a transparent background delete your white background.
Merge all layers visible.
Save as png.
Your done.
