I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.
Supplies needed:-
ScrapKit, By Kristin Cronin-Barrow called Doofles

I used the Gorjuss work from Suzanne Woolcott which can be found
Font of choice, 2 peas Mr giggles.
Optional, Eye Candy 5 Impact/gradient glow for font.
Lets go!
Open new 600 x 600 canvas and flood fill white.
Open your frame, resize and paste as new layer.
Add tube of choice.
Open the cloud, resize/paste as new layer, underneath your frame layer.
Image/flip.
Duplicate/Mirror.
Open your bird/butterflies/flowers/ladybirds.
Resize/copy and paste as new layers.

Add a decent drop shadow to your elements.

Opacity 60
Blur 60
Colour black.
Add your name, I used Alien skin eye candy 5 Impact/gradient glow.
Glow Radius 5
Rest factory settings.
Change the glow to black.
Open new raster layer.
Open a paper of choice/ resize and flood above layer.
Layers new mask layer, from image and click on your mask supplied
Click on source luminance then ok
Delete your mask layer and then merge group.
Resize all layers by 80%.
Add copyright.
Merge all layers visible and save as png.
