Supplies Needed:-

Paint Shop Pro, any version should work, I used 9.

Animation Shop

Scrapkit by Nitwit Collections called WinterWishes, lil bits, Brr Words & SnowDay Halfwit

Lets go!

When using scrap kits please remember to sharpen when you resize, if needed.

Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen .

Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.

Open the Circle frame, Square template & Square frame.

Duplicate each one, copy and paste as new images, close the originals.

It will be easier to work with each one separately, then we will copy and paste them all onto the same canvas.

Starting with the square template.

Open 2 papers of choice, I used bg_plaid_maryfran & bg_taupeembrossed_maryfran.

Resize these papers by 20%

2 new raster layers and flood fill with these papers.

Plaid top layer/taupe bottom layer.

Click on template layer.

Selection/selection all/float/defloat/invert

Click on plaid paper layer and hit delete.

Select none.

Click on template layer again, using magic wand select the outside of the template, Selection/modify/expand 2

On paper layer hit delete.

Select none.

Add Dropshadow to plaid layer

V&H2

Opacity 40

Blur 4

Colour black.

Delete original template layer.

Merge all visible.

Copy/paste onto the canvas you opened at the beginning.

Image/free rotate/left 15 degrees.

Repeat the above with the square frame first and the then circle frame, using different papers.

Above the circle frame, using the taupe paper as your foreground pattern, grab your eclipse tool, width set at 10 draw out a circle. Use your deform tool to stretch this into place.

Convert to raster layer.

Add drop shadow as before.

Open the bg_snowflakes paper.

Resize by 85%

New raster layer below the taupe paper circle layer you have just made.

On the taupe layer grab your magic wand and click inside.

Selection/modify/expand 3/invert.

On snowflake paper layer hit delete.

Keep selected.

Open animation shop and open the snowflakes.

Copy the first frame.

Back in psp paste as new layer

Hit delete.

The snow should stay inside the frame if you kept it selected.

Select none.

Add tube.

Add other elements, word art, using my tag for placement.

Add your name.

Add drop shadows as before.

Resize all layers by 85%

Add copyright

Add watermark if desired.

Merge all visible.

Copy

Over in animation shop/edit/paste as new animation.

Duplicate animation so you have 10 frames.

Edit/select all.

Open the Stars

Edit/select all.

Drag the stars onto your animation and place where desired.

Go back to the stars click undo and keep repeating the above, I placed the stars on the love hearts.

Once you have done view your animation

Save as gif and your done.
