This tutorial was written by Pints on April 4th 2008 any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, completely my own work. Please do not take this tutorial as use it as your own, but you may print for own personal use and link to my group.
I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.
Supplies needed:-
Kay Miller Scrap kit - Simple Pleasures and the alpawit Which can be found HERE Sorry it’s a paid scrap kit so I cant supply.
I used the Gorjuss work from Suzanne Woolcott which can be found
Font of choice I used the alpha wit for the kit. Frame attatched. mask here
Lets go!
When using scrap kits when you resize them you need to resize using smart size and then sharpen by going Adjust Sharpen or the elements get faded and don’t look as good. So when it says resize use this step.
Open new 600 x 600 canvas and flood fill white. Open Heart Frame Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Image/free rotate 12%
Open KMILL_Bkgd9 Resize Edit/copy paste as new layer above frame layer.
Open KMILL_Bkgd1 Resize Edit/copy paste as new layer below above paper.
Selections Select all/float/defloat/invert On first paper layer hit delete
Selection/Select none.
On frame layer. Selections Select/all/float/defloat/modify/expand 3/invert On Second paper layer hit delete.
Selection/Select none.
Open KMILL_Bkgd2 Resize Edit/copy paste as new layer below red heart layer.
Using magic wand on red heart layer, click inside the heart. Selections/modify/expand 3/invert. On paper layer hit delete.
Add tube of choice.
Open KMILL_floral swirl. Resize. Edit/copy paste as new layer above white background, move into place with mover tool.
Duplicate/image/flip. Image/mirror.
Add anymore elements you wish, see my tag for placement.
Add your name.
Add drop shadows.
Resize all layers by 80%.
Add copyright.
If you want a transparent background delete the white background now.
Merge all layers visible.
Save as png.
Your done!
