I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions. Thanks to Dorothy for the lovely borders.
Supplies needed:-
I used scrap kit from Nitwit collections called Noahs Arc, the bits & Alpha
I used the Gorjuss work from Suzanne Woolcott which can be found Font Of choice the alpha wit which you can purchase along with the kit
Lets Go!
When using scrap kits when you resize them you need to resize using smart size and then sharpen by going Adjust Sharpen or the elements get faded and don’t look as good. So when it says resize use this step.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white.
From the Lil Bits open the border_frame_maryfran Resize by 15% Edit/copy/paste as new layer.
Open bg_rainbow purple_maryfran paper. Resize by 15% Edit/copy/paste as new layer below your frame.
Open the rainbow. Resize by 15% Edit/copy/paste as new layer above your paper.
Open the 2 waves Resize by 15% Edit/copy/paste as new layers. Duplicate each wave You should have 4 layers of waves. If any of the waves are visible out of the frame grab your selection tool and erase. Open your sun/clouds/birds and the arc. Resize Copy/paste as new layers See my tag for placement.
Add your name. Add Tube.
Add drop shadows.
Resize all layers by 80%
Add copyright.
If you don’t want to animate then now is the time to merge all visible and save as png.
For Animation
Between each frame of rotation we need a frame where the arc is stood still.
Merge all visible.
Windows duplicate. Copy
Open AS shop Paste as new animation.
Back in as on your original tag undo. Image/free rotate/left/15%
Merge all visible. Copy In AS shop paste after current frame.
Now Copy your windows duplicate.
Paste after current frame in AS
Back in PS undo Image/free rotate/right/15% Copy Paste in AS after current frame.
Repeat the above steps Rotating the arc 30% and then 45%
Your frames should end up like this
Frame 1 Arc stood still Frame 2 Arc rotate left 15% Frame 3 Arc stood still Frame 4 Arc rotate right 15% Frame 5 Arc stood still Frame 6 Arc rotate left 30% Frame 7 Arc stood still Frame 8 Arc rotate right 30% Frame 9 Arc stood still Frame 10 Arc rotate left 45% Frame 11 Arc stood still Frame 12 Arc rotate right 45% In as shop Edit/select all Animation
