This tutorial was written by Pints on May 18th 2008 any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, completely my own work.

I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.

Supplies needed:-

Eye candy Imapct - Bevel - (optional)

I used the Gorjuss work from Suzanne Woolcott which can be found

Frame of choice or mine

(there is a frame with the lil bits but the ribbon got in my way, lol)

Font Of choice I used 2Peas Scrawl

Lets Go!

When using scrap kits when you resize them you need to resize using smart size and then sharpen by going Adjust Sharpen or the elements get faded and don’t look as good. So when it says resize use this step.

Open new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white.

Open my frame

Copy/paste onto canvas

Open paper of choice I used bg_floral purple_maryfran.

Resize/copy/paste as new layer.

On frame layer

Selections/select all/float/defloat/invert

Hit delete on paper layer.

Select none.

Open another paper of choice I used bg_floral teal_maryfran

Copy/paste onto canvas below purple paper.

On frame layer

Selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/expand 4/invert

On paper layer hit delete.

Select none.

Delete original frame.

With your eraser tool erase any green paper that is showing through the dots.

I added a bevel to the purple layer

Using Eye Candy Impact bevel - factory settings.

Open another paper I used bg_bluedots_maryfran

Fill your foreground and stoke properties with this paper.

Using your preset shape eclipse, width set at 20 draw out a circle and place it above your purple frame.

Convert to raster layer.

Apply the bevel to this layer.

Fill the stoke properties with the floral teal paper

Repeat the above but change the width to 10.

Your frame is now finished.

Open another paper I used bg_purple quilted_maryfran

Resize/copy/paste below all your frame layers.

Open the rainbow.

Resize/copy paste above your purple quilt paper layer.

Using your magic wand on the top layer click inside the frame.

Selections/modify/expand 3/invert

Hit delete on paper layer and rainbow layer.

Select none.

Add your tube.

Add anymore elements/word art you would like, using my tag for placement.

Add your name.

Add dropshadows.

Resize all layers by 80%

Add copyright.

Merge all visible.

Your done!
