This tutorial was written by Pints on 19th June 2008 any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, completely my own work.Please do not take this tutorial as use it as your own, but you may print for own personal use and link to my group.
I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.
Supplies needed:-
Kay Miller Scrap kit - Blue Lagoon
Which can be found
HERESorry it’s a paid scrap kit so I cant supply.
As always i used tube by gorjuss
Font of choice I used FB Almost Paradise.
Mask I used WSL mask 18
Go to download section for masks
Lets go!
When using scrap kits when you resize them you need to resize using smart size and then sharpen by going Adjust Sharpen or the elements get faded and don’t look as good. So when it says resize use this step.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white.
Open Kmill_frame 2
Resize/edit/copy/paste as new layer on your WIP (work in progress)
Objects/align/centre of canvas.
Open paper 2
Resize by 20%
New raster layer flood fill with this paper.
Open the waves
Resize by 15%
Edit/copy/paste as new layer above paper layer.
Duplicate
On the bottom layer image/mirror.
Open the ocean bottom
Resize by 15%
Edit/copy/paste as new layer above wave layers.
Duplicate
On the bottom layer image/mirror.
Open Kmill_border2 (blue)
Resize by 15%
Edit/copy/paste as new layer above frame layer.
Move this so it is above the left hand side of your frame.
Duplicate.
Image/mirror.
Open the seashell border.
Resize/edit/copy/paste as new layer above your blue border layers.
Move so it is at the top of your frame.
Add your tube.
Add drop shadow.
V&H2
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Colour black.
Duplicate.
Drag so you have one tube above your frame and one below.
Now you can use your eraser and make your tube look like she is hanging out of the frame.
Open the sea grass/blubbles/fish and seashells
Resize/copy/paste as new layers.

Open paper 8
Resize by 20%
Open new raster layer above white background and flood fill with this paper.
Layers/new mask layer/from image/pick WSL mask 18 from drop down menu,
Source luminance clicked/ok
Delete mask layer.
Merge group.
Add your name I choose the pink and turquiose papers.
Add drop shadows
Resize all layers by 85%
Add copyright.
If you want a transparent background delete the white background, merge and save as png. If not just merge all layers.
Your done!
