This Tutorial was written by Pints on the 11th June 2008 with the permission of my dear friend Marcia.

Supplies needed:-
I used pspx1 but im sure any version would work.
Animation shop.
Scrap kit by Lliela called Candy Picnic
It’s a pay for one so I cant supply, but please feel free to use your own imagination and go your own way with a freebie kit.
Tube of choice, I used gorjuss tube by Suzanne Woolcott
Font of choice, I used CK Chick.
Lets go!
When using scrap kits when you resize them you need to resize using smart size and then sharpen by going Adjust Sharpen or the elements get faded and don’t look as good. So when it says resize use this step.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white.
Open the blue rectangle frame.
Resize/edit/copy and paste onto your working canvas.
Open paper 6
Resize by 15%
Copy/paste onto your working canvas below the frame.
(don’t worry about overhanging paper we will sort it later)
Add your tube.
Open the 2 grasses.
Resize
Edit/copy and paste as new layers above the paper.
Open the Fence.
Edit/copy and paste as new layers above the grass.
Open the tree
Resize.
Copy and paste as new layer above the frame.
Add drop shadow.
Duplicate tree
Drag one layer below the grass layers.
On the top layer erase the trunk of the tree so it should now look like it is behind the grass but above the frame.
Open the flowers/bows/birds.
Resize/edit/copy paste as new layers.
See my tag for placement.
Please make sure that the birds are below the bow layers.
Add drop shadows.
Add your name.
Grab your pick tool and on one of the birds make him look like he is pecking the ribbon by moving him around.
Resize all layers by 85% if you so wish.
Add copyright.
Merge all layers visible.
Copy.
Open Animation shop.
Edit/paste as new animation.
Back in psp undo.
Now grab your pick tool
The bird you have down pecking twist him up a little.
The bird which you didn’t move twist him down a little.
Merge all layers visible.
Copy.
Over in AS paste after current frame.
Back in Psp, undo
Repeat the above steps you should end up with about 4 frames.
In AS shop.
Edit/select all
Animation/frame properties set at 30.
View animation.
When your happy save as gif and your done!
