Supplies Needed:-
Paint Shop Pro, any version should work, I used 9.
Scrapkit by Nitwit Collections called Nevernot and the lil bits.
Frame
Font of choice I used 2peas cherub.
Tube of choice I used the gorjuss work by Suzanne Woolcott
Lets go!
As a general rule when resizing I resize by 20% and work from there.
Always resize using smart size.
When I put paste as new layer, see my tag for placement.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Open the frame provided/edit/copy/paste as new layer onto working canvas.
Choose paper of choice
New Raster layer/flood fill
On frame layer
Selections/select all/float/defloat/invert.
Hit delete on paper layer.
Select none.
Choose another paper for the border on the frame.
Resize/new raster layer/flood fill.
On frame layer
Selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/expand3/invert.
Hit delete
Select none.
Choose paper for middle of frame.
Resize/new raster layer/flood fill with paper.
Using magic wand on frame layer click outside the frame.
Modify/expand 3
Hit delete on paper layer.
Select none.
Open the 3 border swirls.
Resize/copy paste as new layers.
On the green swirl go image/mirror.
Open the heart/resize/copy paste as new layer.
Drag this layer so it is below the Pink swirl.
Open bows/button ribbons/loopy bow/flowers.
Resize/copy/paste as new layers.
Draw out a solid vector eclipse shape above your frame.
DO NOT convert to raster layer.
New Vector layer.
Click on the font tool
Choose 2 papers of choice/set foreground width to 1
Now click where you want your name around the circle and type in your name.
You may need to undo a few times and have a play around.
When happy convert to raster layer.
Delete the vector eclipse layer.
Add tube.
Resize all layers so your tag is not too big for forums.
Resize by bicubic this time.
Add copyright.
