This Tutorial was written by Pints on the 16th August 2008, any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely a coincidence. You may not copy this tutorial and take it as your own, not in email lists etc, please direct to my group. Supplies Needed:-
Paint Shop Pro, any version should work, I used 9.
Animation Shop.

When using scrap kits please remember to sharpen when you resize. Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Open paper 8 (pink) New raster layer/flood fill with this paper. Layers/new mask layer/from image. Select Mask WSL144 Source luminance clicked. Ok Delete mask layer. Merge group.
Open a frame I used frame. Resize/copy/paste as new layer.
Open Paper 11 New Raster layer/flood fill with this paper.
On frame layer click inside frame using your magic wand. Selection/modify/expand 4/invert. On paper layer hit delete. Select none.
Add tube if you require your tube to come out of the frame like mine follow these instructions:- Add drop shadow Duplicate tube. Drag one of the tubes below the frame and the other on top of the frame. Using your eraser tool with the tube on top delete any parts that you want inside the frame, ie, bottom of tube.
Using my tag for reference add all other elements, ie, bows, word art, cats etc.
Add your name.
Add drop shadows. V&H2 Opacity 40 Blur 4 Colour black.
Resize all layers by 85%
Add copyright.
ANIMATION
Make sure your mouse is to the bottom on the tag in the left hand corner and that you one of the kittys behind the fish bowl with his nose just showing above the fish bowl.
On the mouse layer using your arrow keys on your keypad move the mouse on slightly, then with the kitty move him up slightly. If you use your arrow keys this will stop your animation been jerky - unless of course you want a jerky animation!
Merge all visible. Copy Open AS Edit/paste as new animation.
Back in psp click undo.
Now move your mouse slightly on and your kitty slightly up. I would aim for around 4 frames going across, also make the mouse look like he is going behind some of the kittys by moving your kitty layers up.
Merge all visible Copy AS shop Paste after current frame.
Back in psp keep repeating until your mouse has run along the bottom and kitty has jumped up (around 4 frames) On your mouse layer Image/mirror Then move him back.
Follow the above instructions as used to make the mouse run along the bottom and the kitty jump up, were doing exactly the same as before but this time the mouse is going to run in opposite direction and the kitty is going to jump back down.
When finished you should have around 8 frames.
Edit/select all Animation Frame properties set at 30
View animation When your happy save as gif and your done!
