This tutorial was written by Pints on March 4th 2008 any resemblence to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, completely my own work.
I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.
Supplies needed:-
I used scrap kit from nitwit collections called GoinBananas and the bits which can be found here:- HERE
I used the Gorjuss work from Suzanne Woolcott which can be found
If you don’t want to buy the Alphawits choose your own font.
Stitching of choice.
Becky mask36 here.
Grass of choice.
Lets go!
Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Open one of your papers for the mask layer, resize by 20% copy and paste as new layer.
Layers new mask layer, from image and click on your becky mask 36
Click on source luminance then ok
Delete your mask layer and then merge group.
Hide this Layer.
Using your preset Eclipse tool, width set at 30.
Use the same paper you used for your mask in your foreground & stoke properties. Background nil.
Draw out a nice circle when your happy convert to raster layer.
Add your stitching.
Open the cloud paper, resize by 20%, copy and paste below your frame layer.
Copy and paste your grass.
On your frame layer with your magic wand click inside the frame.
Selection, modify, expand by 3 then invert.
On your paper layer hit delete then on you grass layer hit delete.
Select none.
Open the frame element from the bits, resize, copy and paste as new layer above your frame layer.
Copy and paste your cloud paper and grass again.
With your magic wand select inside the 3 frames.
Selection/modify/expand 3/Invert.
Again on your cloud and grass layers hit delete.
Add elements as you like or use my tag for reference.
Add your name & copyright.
I used the alpha wit but a nice font will look good.
Add drop shadows to all your elements etc, I find it easier to do this at the end.
Vertical & Horizontal 2
Opacity 50 & Blur 50, colour black.
Unhide mask layer.
Resize all layers by 80%.
Add copyright.
Merge all visable.
Your done!
