I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.
Supplies needed:-
I used scrap kit from Manda Bean at Sweet Shoppe Designs called Goldey & Pokey
I used the Gorjuss work from Suzanne Woolcott which can be found
Mask of choice I used Mask238 by Weescotlass
Font of choice.
Lets Go!
When using scrap kits when you resize them you need to resize using smart size and then sharpen by going Adjust Sharpen or the elements get faded and don’t look as good. So when it says resize use this step.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white.
Open pattened paper 4
Resize by 15%
Edit/copy/paste as new layer.
Open solid paper 4
Resize
Open new raster layer below your patterned paper layer and flood fill with this paper.
Duplicate and hide one of them.
On pattened paper layer
Selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/expand 4/invert
On solid paper hit delete.
Select none.
Open solid paper4
Resize by 15%
Copy/paste onto your canvas above your other layers.
Resize by 90%
Selection/select all/float/defloat/modify/expand 4/invert
Unhide your brown paper layer.
Hit delete.
Select none.
Open pattened paper 2
Resize by 15%
Copy/paste as new raster layer above your paper layers.
Open Photoboothcircleframe
Resize
Copy/paste as new layer.
Image/free rotate left/35%
Using your eraser tool erase any of the pattened paper 2 that is over hanging the photo booth frame.
Add your tubes below the frame.
Open the flowers
Resize/copy/paste as new layers above your frame.

Open Aqua paper circle.
Resize
Copy and paste as new layer.

Open Goldey
Resize
Copy and Paste as new layer
See my tag for placement.
Open Pokey
Resize
Paster as new layer.
See my tag for placement.
Add your word art above the aqua paper circle
I wrote
“Who needs the sunshine, when I got you”
Add your name.
Add drop shadows
V&H2
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Colour black
Open solid paper 1
Resize
Open new raster layer and flood fill with this paper.
Layers/new mask layer/from image
Choose WSS Mask 238
Source luminance clicked
OK
Delete mask layer
Merge group.
Resize all layers by 80%
Add copyright.
Merge all visible.
Save as png.
Your done!
