I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.
Supplies needed:-
Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass
Scrap kit - Nitwits - Summer Breeze kit, Little Bits.
Tube of choice Seth used Gorjuss by Suzanne Woolcott
Mask of choice I used Becky mask 35
Font of choice I used Fat
Lets go!
When using scrap kits when you resize them you need to resize using smart size and then sharpen by going Adjust Sharpen or the elements get faded and don’t look as good. So when it says resize use this step.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white.
Open paper of choice - for the circle and rectangle frame.
I used the navy blue one.
Resize by 20%
Using your eclipse shape, width set to 45, foreground and stroke properties your paper, background null, draw out a circle on your canvas.
(it needs to be a fat frame because the glass plugin works better)
Convert to raster layer.
Effects/plugins/eye candy impact 5/glass
Just apply with the factory settings.
Open up another paper for the inside of your frame, I used the light blue flowers one.
Resize
New raster layer/flood fill with this paper.
Back on your frame layer using magic wand click inside the frame.
Selections/modify expand 10/invert
On paper layer hit delete.
Select none.
Repeat the above steps to draw out a rounded rectangle and heart shape, filling with paper the same way.
Using your mover tool, move the frames and papers into place - see my tag for placement.
Add tube.
Open the elements
Resize.
Paste as new layers, see my tag for placement.
Open another paper of your choice.
Above your white background layer flood fill with this paper.
Layers/new mask layer/from image.
Pick Becky mask 35 from the drop down menu.
Source luminance clicked/ok.
Delete mask.
Merge group.
Add drop shadows to all your elements, frames, tube
V&H 2
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Colour black.
Add your name.
Add inner bevel with these settings.
Bevel 2
Width 5
Smoothness 31
Depth 5
Anbience 0
Shininess 8
Color White
Angle 315
Intensity 38
Elevation 42
Resize all layers by 85%
Add copyright.
If you want a transparent background delete the white layer, if not merge all visible.
Save as png and your done!
