I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.

Lets go!
When using scrap kits when you resize them you need to resize using smart size and then sharpen by going Adjust Sharpen or the elements get faded and don’t look as good. So when it says resize use this step.
Open new 600 x 600 canvas and flood fill white.
Open the heart shaped frame
Open paper of choice/resize
New raster layer
Flood fill with choice of paper.
On the frame layer
Selections/select all/float/defloat/invert
On paper layer hit delete.
Select none.
Delete the black frame layer.
Copy and paste your patterned heart frame onto your new working canvas.
Open paper of choice for background.
Resize/copy & paste as new layer below your frame.
On your frame layer using your magic wand click inside the frame.
Selections/modify/expand 3/invert.
Hit delete on your paper layer.
Select none.
New Raster layer.
Using the same paper that you have just used flood fill this layer.
Layers new mask layer, from image and click on your becky mask 36
Click on source luminance then ok
Delete your mask layer and then merge group.
Open doodle of choice.
Resize/copy and paste as new layer above your mask layer.
Open elements/word art.
Resize/copy and paste as new layers - using my tag for placement.
Add your tube.
Add your name.
Add drop shadows to all your elements etc, I find it easier to do this at the end.
Vertical & Horizontal 2
Opacity 50 & Blur 5, colour black.
Add the drop shadow to the first element.
Then hit edit/repeat drop shadow on everything else.
Resize all layers by 80%.
Add copyright.
Merge all visible.
Save as png or jpeg.
Your done!
