This tutorial was written by Pints on 10th November 2008 any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidenta. Please do not take this tutorial as use it as your own, but you may print for own personal use and link to my site. Supplies Needed I used PSPX2 but should work in other versions. Scrapkit by Nitwit Collections - Sugar Cookies, all the bits. Font of choice, I used 2Peas Plain Jane WeeScotLass Mask 33, Go to downloads for masks Gorjuss tubes by Suzanne Woolcott Remember not to mix tubes you bought from AMI and the new Gorjuss Shop. Unless your licence has been exchanged. Lets Go! When resizing always use smartsize! Open new canvas 600 x 600, flood fill white. Open paper of choice for mask. Resize by 20% (if original size) New raster layer/flood fill. Layers/new mask layer/from image. Choose your mask from drop down menu. Source luminance clicked. Ok Delete mask layer. Merge group. Resize by 105% if needed. Open the Green & Red Heart cookies. Resize. Copy paste as new layers. Move the red one so it is not directly on top of the green one. Open the christmas tree. Resize/copy/paste as new layer above the heart cookies. Open the white star cookie. Resize/copy/paste as new layer Drag this below the heart cookie layers. Repeat with the green star cookie, but resize this one a little more and place above the heart cookie layers. Open the Star cookie/gingerbread man/wordart. Resize/copy/paste as new layers (see my tag for placement). Open the tag frame. Resize/edit/copy/paste as new layer. Place this towards the top of the christmas cookie tree. Choose a paper for behind the frame/resize. New raster layer below frame/flood fill with paper. On frame layer using magic wand click inside the frame. Selections/modify/expand 5/invert. Click delete on paper layer. Now add your tube inside the frame. Add anymore elements if you wish. Add your name. I used colour #9e3528 for the background and colour #c8d959 for foreground, width set at 1. Add dropshadows. V&H2 Opacity 50 Blur 5 Colour black. Resize all layers by 85% (resize using Bicubic) Add copyright/watermark. Merge all visible. Save as png or jpeg. Your done. Thank you for doing this tutorial and I hope you enjoyed.
