This tutorial was written by Pints on May 25th 2008 any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, completely my own work.

I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.
Supplies needed:-
I used scrap kit from Nitwit collections called Making Tracks
Photo or tube of choice
You will need an alpha wit, I used Little Men Talk from Nitwits
Mask of choice I used WSL 223
Go to download section for masks
Lets Go!
When using scrap kits when you resize them you need to resize using smart size and then sharpen by going Adjust Sharpen or the elements get faded and don’t look as good. So when it says resize use this step.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white.
Open bg_words_maryfran
Resize by 15%
Open new raster layer, flood fill with this paper.
Layers/new mask layer/from image.
Choose WSL 223 from the drop down menu.
Source luminance clicked, ok.
Delete mask.
Merge group.
Open tracks frame_maryfran
Resize
Edit/copy/paste onto you working canvas.
Open your picture/tube
Resize if needed.
Copy/paste under your frame on working canvas.
On your track layer using your magic wand click inside the frame.
Selctions/modify/expand 2/invert
On photo layer hit delete.
Open the sign post
Resize/copy/paste onto your working canvas.
Open the straight track
Resize/copy/paste above your frame and sign post layer.
Place the name where desired.
Open the 3 trains
Resize/edit/copy/paste onto your canvas placing above the straight track.
Merge the 3 trains.
Add drop shadows.
Resize all layers by 80%.
Add copyright.
Hide the train layer.
Merge all visible.
Copy
Open as shop and paste as new animation.
Back in PSP hit undo
With your arrow keys place the train so the front of the train is just showing at the left hand side of your tag.
Merge all visible.
Edit/copy
In AS shop paste after current animation.
Back in psp undo again.
Move the train a little further on with your arrow keys on your keyboard, if you use your arrow keys this will keep the animation straight.
Merge/copy
Paste over in AS after current frame.
Keep repeating the above steps until your train has gone right along your track and out of your tag.
View animation.
When happy save as gif and your done.
