This tutorial was written by Pints any resemblence to any other tutorial is purely coincidental, completely my own work.
I used PSPX1 but it should work with other versions.
Supplies needed:-
Scrap kit - Felt Dreams - by Lynn at Scrappin Divaz which can be purchased
Bargain Kit - only $3, scroll down to second page.
Scallop preset shape here.
Lets go!
Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Open paper 1, resize.
Open the circle stitching, resize and paste as new layer onto your working canvas.
Open your preset tool set at the scallop preset shape.
Width set at 40
Fill your foreground and stoke properties with the paper 1.
Background set at null.
Below your circle stitching
Draw out your scallop shape until your happy, see my tag for reference.
Merge these 2 layers.
Add Drop shadow.
V&H 1
Opacity 50, blur 5, colour black.
Duplicate and on original layer
Adjust/blur/Gaussian blur set at 10, hit ok.
Merge these 2 layers.
Open paper 3 and resize.
Using your magic wand click inside your frame, selections/modify/expand by 3.
Open new raster layer.
Copy paper 3 and paste into selection.
Select none.
Open the pink butterfly, resize, copy and paste as new layer below your frame layer.
Add drop shadow as above.
Duplicate/flip.
Duplicate/rotate by 45%
Duplicate/mirror.
You should now have 4 pink butterflies.
Open Burgandy butterfly, resize and paste as new layer below frame layer.
This time with your pick tool move between the top and the left hand side pink butterflies.
Add drop shadow as above.
Duplicate/image/mirror.
Duplicate/image/flip.
Duplicate/image/mirror.
Look at my tag for refence to how your butterflies should look.
Merge the butterfly layers.
Duplicate.
Adjust/blur/Gaussian blur - 10, hit ok.
Now open up your gems/resize and copy and paste as new layer.
Using the same principal as the butterflies arrange this time on top of your frame.
Merge your gem layers.
Open the Pink and burgundy knots, resize and paste as new image.
(it is easier not to place these directly onto your working canvas)
Place the pink knot above the burgundy knot and rotate the pink knot by 10%.
Merge these two layers.
Add drop shadow as above
Copy/paste onto your working canvas above the gems, see my tag for reference.
Repeat this step, this time with the knots the other way round.
When your happy merge the knot layers.
Add your tube as you would like it.
Add drop shadow.
Add your name.
Resize all layers by 80%
Add your copyright.
Your Done.
