This Tutorial was written by Pints on the 4ths August 2008, any resemblence to any other tutorial is purely a coincidence.

This is a real easy one.
Supplies Needed:-
Paint Shop Pro, any version should work, I used 9.
Scrapkit by Nitwit Collections called Whats All The Buzz, and the bits.
Frame HERE
I have saved these in both psp and png format so you should be able to open one!
Tube of choice I used the gorjuss work by Suzanne Woolcott
Font of choice I used Teacher’s Pet.
Lets go!
When using scrap kits please remember to sharpen when you resize.
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Open frame
Copy/paste as new layer onto working canvas.
Open paper of choice I used bg_lovebuggreen_maryfran.
Resize
Open new layer and flood fill with this layer.
On frame layer click inside using your magic wand.
Selections/modify/expand 3/invert
Hit delete on paper layer.
Select none.
Open the grass_border_maryfran.
Resize
Copy/paste as new layer above paper layer.
Duplicate twice so you have 3 layers.
Rotate one of the layers left by 12%.
Add your tube below your grass layers.
Add drop shadow to your tube.
Duplicate.
Drag this layer to the top.
Grab your eraser tool and erase the legs of the tube so she looks like she is below the grass but coming out of the frame.
Now add anymore elements/word art you wish, you can use my tag for placement.
Add your name.
Drag this layer below the bottle.
Add drop shadows to all your layers, apart from tube.
Resize all layers by 85%.
Add copyright.
If you want a transparent background delete the white layer, merge all visible and save as png.
Other wise just merge and save.
Yours done.
