This is a real easy one.
Supplies Needed:-
Paint Shop Pro, any version should work, I used 9.
Scrapkit by Nitwit Collections called Whats All The Buzz, Bits, Solid paper & Alpha
Template HERE
I have saved these in both psp and png format so you should be able to open one!
Tube of choice I used the gorjuss work by Suzanne Woolcott
Font , I used alpha from kit but the choice is yours.
Mask by WeeScottlass
Please go to download section for masks.
Lets go!
When using scrap kits please remember to sharpen when you resize.
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Open template.
Copy/paste onto your working canvas.
Close original.
Open 2 papers of your choice for clock background.
Resize by 20%
Open 2 new raster layers and flood fill with the papers.
On your template layer.
Selections/select all/float/defloat/invert
On each of the paper layers hit delete.
Select none.
Delete template layer.
On the top clock paper layer resize by 95%
Using your preset eclipse shape, width 5
Foreground - same pattern as you used for the bottom layer of the clock.
Background null
Draw out a circle so it fits in nicely, see my tag for placement.
Use your deform tool to drag and stretch it into place.
Open up your numbers from the alpha wit.
Resize by around 10%
Copy and paste onto your working canvas, placing the numbers so they go round like a clock, again use my tag for placement.
Now add anymore elements you wish - see my tag.
For the clock hands:-
Using your preset shape arrow 5 (in psp 9)
Set your foreground to colour of choice/background to same pattern paper as you used for the circle we just did.
Width 4
Draw out an clock hand shape above the leaf layers/below the button in the centre.
Drag out and move around so its pointing to 12.
When your happy with your clock hand duplicate this layer and resize by around 80% - have a play.
Add your tube.
Add your name.
Add drop shadows to your layers.
V&H2
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Colour black.
Open BG_Browncatching_maryfran.
Open new raster layer above white background layer.
Flood fill with this paper.
Layers/new mask layer/from image.
Select WSL Mask 84
Source luminance clicked
Ok
Delete mask layer.
Merge group.
Resize all layers by 85%.
Add copyright.
ANIMATION
Merge all layers visible
Copy
Open Animation Shop
Edit/paste/paste as new animation.
Back in psp click undo
Grab your deform tool and move the small hand so its just touching the centre of the 1 o’clock.
Merge all visible.
Copy
Back over in AS paste after current animation.
Now repeat the above steps until you have gone round the clock until 11.
In AS
Edit/select all
Animation/frame properties - set at 30
Click on the first frame
Animation/frame properties - set at 40
View your animation and when your happy save as gif and your done!
