Supplies Needed:-
Paint Shop Pro, any version should work, I used 9.
Scrapkit by Nitwit Collections called Bear Neccessities and bits.
Tube of choice I used the gorjuss work by Suzanne Woolcott
Mask 59 by WSL
Go to download section to find masks.
Font of choice I used 2Peas Beef Brocoli
Frame - HERE
Lets go!
When using scrap kits please remember to sharpen when you resize.
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Open bg_hearts_maryfran
Resize by 20%
New raster layer/flood fill with this paper.
Layers/new mask layer/from image/WSL mask 59
Source luminance clicked/OK
Delete Mask
Merge group.
Open boy_frame_maryfran
Resize/edit/copy/paste as new layer.
Image/rotate/free rotate/left 12 degrees.
New Raster Layer
Flood fill with heart paper again.
Open frame/copy/paste as new layer
Resize if required.
Selections/select all/float/defloat/invert.
On paper layer hit delete.
Select none.
Using your preset shape eclipse/foreground #b1e2f9 or use the blue stipped paper, background null/width 20
Draw out a circle to cover the inside of your frame.
Convert to raster layer.
Add Inner bevel
Bevel 2
Width 5
Smoothness 31
Depth 5
Anbience 0
Shininess 8
Color White
Angle 315
Intensity 38
Elevation 42
Open bg_pink ticking_maryfran
Resize
New raster layer/flood fill with this paper
On the circle you just made click inside with your magic wand
Selections/modify/expand 2/invert.
Hit delete on your paper layer.
Using my tag for reference add any more elements you wish.
Add your tube.
Add your name.
Colour #b1e2f9
Add the same bevel which we used above.
Add drop shadows.
I used V&H2
Opacity 40
Blur 4
Colour black.
Resize all layers by 85%
Add copyright.
Merge all visible.
Your done!
