Supplies Needed:-
Paint Shop Pro, any version should work, I used 9.
Scrapkit by Lliela Designs called Afternoon Giggles
It’s a paid kit
Tube of choice I used the gorjuss work by Suzanne Woolcott
Walls and clock
Font of choice.
Lets go!
When using scrap kits please remember to sharpen when you resize.
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.
Open new canvas 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Open 2 papers of choice
I used paper 12 for the walls
Paper 2 for floor and ceilings.
Resize
Open 2 new raster layers and flood fill with this 2 papers.
Open the walls
Copy and paste as new layer.
Using your magic wand click on the walls
Selection/invert
On the wall paper12 layer hit delete.
Repeat the above step for the floor and ceiling.
Delete the wall layer.
Merge down.
Open the frame
Resize/copy/paste as new layer
Fit it nicely over your walls.
Open the window
Resize/copy/paste as new layer.
Using your magic wand click inside the windows.
Selection/modify/expand 2
On the wallpaper layer hit delete.
Select none.
On your colour pallette foreground #d4f2f7
New layer flood fill with this colour.
On the frame layer using magic wand click outside frame.
On the layer you have just filled hit delete.
Open the cloud.
Resize/paste as new layer.
Add tube behind window.
Have you been saving???
Using my tag for reference add other elements etc.
Open the clock included in supplies
Resize.
Copy/paste as new layer and place on wall.
Open the clock hands
Resize.
Copy/paste as new layers above clock.
Open a cupcake
Resize/copy/paste as new layer above clock hands.
Add name.
Add drop shadows
V&H2
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Colour black.
Resize all layers by 85%
Add copyright.
For Animation
Merge all layers visible
Copy
Open Animation Shop
Edit/paste/paste as new animation.
Back in psp click undo
Grab your deform tool and move the small hand so its just touching the centre of the 1 o’clock.
Merge all visible.
Copy
Back over in AS paste after current animation.
Now repeat the above steps until you have gone round the clock until 11.
In AS
Edit/select all
Animation/frame properties - set at 30
Click on the first frame
Animation/frame properties - set at 40
View your animation and when your happy save as gif and your done!
